Alfredo Sauce
1 pint heavy cream
1/4 c butter
1 c fresh Parmesan grated
pepper
parsley
In sauce pan, melt butter in cream. Whisk in Parmesan and heat until combined. Pepper to taste.
Add sauteed baby portabello mushrooms, or fresh chopped spinach
