Easy Peach Cobbler

Peaches:
2 large cans of sliced peaches, drained
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 c sugar

Crust:
1/2 c sugar
1/2 c butter
4 oz cream cheese
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg
1 c buttermilk biscuit mix

Spread peaches on bottom of 9" baking dish. Sprinkle cinnamon and 1/2 c sugar over peaches. Melt butter slightly and mix in softened cream cheese, vanilla and remaining sugar. Beat in egg, then buttermilk biscuit mix. Spoon mixture on top of peaches and spread evenly. Bake at 350* for 40 min or until golden brown and bubbly. Serve warm with ice cream or cool whip.
