2 lbs ground meat
2 eggs
1 cup bread crumbs
1 pkg onion soup mix
1 cup finley chopped fresh spinich
1 tbsp oil
1/4 c BBQ sauce
Mix all ingredients with your hands in a large bowl. Roll meatballs into about 1 1/2 balls. Bake at 350 on lined baking sheet until cooked through and slightly browned, about 25 minutes.
Variation:
Cube Mozzerella cheese into 1/2 cubes. Make an indent in the meatball to the center with your finger. Place cheese inside and cover the hole and re roll. Baking time may increase about 5 min.
