Paprika Chicken with Sour Cream Gravy

Serves 4

1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp pepper
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 tbsp flour

Gravy:
1 can cream of chicken
1/4 c green onion sliced thinly
8 oz sour cream

Mix paprika, garlic powder and pepper in a small bowl. Pat chicken dry and rub spices evenly on both sides of chicken. Heat oil in skillet over med-high heat. Cook chicken 10 min or until browned. Remove from pan and set aside. Add soup and green onions to skillet. Heat to a boil. Return chicken to pan and cook over low heat for 10 min or until chicken is done. Stir in sour cream. Serve with rice and veggies.
