Asian Chicken Salad

2 c. cooked chicken, skin removed, cut into bite sizes pieces
4 c. cabbage, shredded finely
1 c mushrooms, sliced thinly
1 c carrots grated
2 T cilantro, chopped
1 cucumber, skinned and thinly sliced
3 green onions, thinly sliced
1 can 11 oz mandarin oranges, drained
1/2 c nonfat asian or oriental style salad dressing

Put first 6 ingredients in a large bowl with dressing. Toss well. Top with green onion and mandarin oranges.
