Ina's Buffalo Chicken Wings

4 lbs chicken wings
1 stick butter
3/4 tsp cayenne pepper
6 tsp Frank's Hot Sauce
1 tsp salt

Preheat the broiler

Cut the wings into thirds, cutting between the bones. Trim off any excessivly large chunks of skin. Discard the wing tips. Melt the butter and add the cayenne, hot sauce, and salt. Put the wings on a sheet pan lined with foil and brush them with half the butter. Broil them 3 inches from the heat for 8 minutes. Turn the wings, brush them again with the butter, and broil them for 4 - 8 min more until cooked.

Serve with blue cheese dip and celery sticks.
